The first chapter in this study was devoted to other researchers' views toward the two variables of this research. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of using authentic videos onenhancing the learners' speaking skill. Moreover, it aims to determine the teachers' perception of the use of authentic videos in oral classes. two methods were implemented. the first one is a quasi-experiment, consisting of a pre-test, a treatment and a post-test, conducted by the researcher. The experimental study was achieved with the third year LMD students at Larbi Ben M'Hidi university. The whole population consists of 142students from which 30 participants were selected to be the sample; 15 students constitute the experimental group and 15 others are the control group. The procedure followed in this study was teachingthe experimental group using authentic videos. However, the control group was taught the same structures through the use of a traditional method. After the analysis of the pre-test and post-test the results revealed that the experimental group achieved a better level in speaking especially in the two chosen aspects of language which are fluency and accuracy than and the control group. The second research methodology undertaken by the researcher was a questionnaire distributed to a group of teachers to unveil their attitudes and their perception of the use of authentic videos in classroom and whether they consider the use of the videos may improve the learners' speaking skill. The analysis of the questionnaire, like the experimented mentioned above, proved the validity of the set hypothesis.enSpeaking skillCommunication : nouvelle technologieThe Impact of using authentic video on hancing the learners' speaking skillthe case study of third year english students' at Larbi Ben M'Hidi universityOther
