This study aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in order to achieve sustainable development, and the digital economy is based in its measurement on several sub-indicators that include digital structure, economic contribution, digital empowerment, innovation and digital creativity. Taking advantage of this digital transformation, the experience of the United Arab Emirates will be highlighted as one of the leading Arab models, and we conclude that the digital transformation option is a strategic choice in order to achieve the progress of Arab countries and keep pace with global developments and changes.otherالإقتصاد الرقميالتحول الرقمياقتصاد المعرفةArticle
