The study aimed to highlight the importance of the diversification strategy in achieving the effect of synergy in business organizations, based on revealing the concept of synergy in itself, and the role of interrelated diversification through the organization's entry into new activities that are strategically linked to its current field of work in achieving the synergistic effect.
