To achieve this, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted. Whereas a questionnaire consisting of 24 statements was designed and distributed to a sample of 90 employees of the banks where the survey was conducted. This study concludes that there is a positive correlation between these two variables, It also concludes that Tebessa's Algerian banks is employing financial innovations to improve its efficiency and financial performance, thereby contributing to higher customer satisfaction and lower financial transaction costs.enFinancial; Performance; Financial innovation; Efficiency; Algerian banksArticle
