حسن مسجت الجشعمي، فايزة2023-09-052023-09-052023-12-312352– 9822E2588-1574http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/15029يعتبر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر من المصادر المهمة التي غالبا ماتلجأ لها الدول لسد النقص الحاصل لديها في رؤوس الأموال المحلية المستخدمة في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية فضلا عن انها تسهم في رفع إنتاجية وكفاءة المنتجات المحلية، هدف البحث الى قياس اثر التغيرات الحاصلة في بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية كالناتج المحلي الإجمالي، الانفاق العام، سعر الفائدة، سعر الصرف فضلا عن معدل التضخم على حجم الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر داخل العراق، وقد توصل البحث الى وجود اثر معنوي للتغيرات الحاصلة في هذه المتغيرات على تدفق الاستثمارات الأجنبية وقد أوصى البحث الى ضرورة اتخاذ كافة السبل والإجراءات لتحسين البيئة الاستثمارية وتفعيل القوانين التي من شانها جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية بما يعود بالنفع على الاقتصاد المحلي وبما يسهم بتحقيق معدلات نمو عالية في جميع المجالات الاقتصادية. Foreign direct investment is one of the important sources that countries often resort to fill the shortage of local capital used to finance investment projects, as well as contribute to raising the productivity and efficiency of local products. The aim of the research is to measure the impact of changes in some economic variables such as GDP, public spending, interest rate, exchange rate as well as the inflation rate on the volume of foreign direct investment inside Iraq, and the research found a significant impact of changes in these variables on the flow of foreign investments.
