بوتيارة، سميرعريوة، رشيد2023-09-032023-09-032023-06-302352– 9822E2588-1574http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/14880تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مختلف الضرائب والرسوم التي تمول بها الجماعات المحلية ميزانياتها وعلى رأسها البلدية باعتبارها الخلية الأولى والرئيسية للجماعات المحلية، وهذا عبر دراسة حالة بلدية مقرة بولاية المسيلة في الفترة (2016-2021) وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجباية المحلية تمثل موردا هاما في تمويل ميزانية بلدية مقرة، بالإضافة الى أن حصيلة الموارد الجبائية المحصلة بصفة جزئية تبقى معتبرة مقارنة بحصيلة الموارد الجبائية المحصلة بصفة كلية. This study aims to shed light on the various taxes and fees with which local communities finance their budget, on top of which is the municipality, as it is the first and main cell for local communities.
