بن عمر, مرادبن زاوي, محمد الشريف2023-12-032023-12-032023http://dspace.univ-oeb.dz:4000/handle/123456789/17162تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس تأثير القيم والممارسات الإسلامية وأبعاد نظرية السلوك المخطط على النية المقاولاتية لطلبة الماستر والسنة الثالثة ليسانس لكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية والتسيير في جامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة من مختلف التخصصات، تم توزيع 750 استبيان استرجعت منها 566 استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. اعتمدت الدراسة على طريقة النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية بطريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية باستخدام برنامج ((Smart PLS 3، أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير لأبعاد نظرية السلوك المخطط على النية المقاولاتية لدى طلبة جامعة المسيلة، وتم التأكد من أن لكل من الموقف المقاولاتي وإدراك التحكم في السلوك والمعيار الشخصي تأثير ايجابي على النية المقاولاتية للطلبة، وتأكد أيضا وجود تأثير غير مباشر للقيم الإسلامية على النية المقاولاتية من خلال أبعاد نظرية السلوك المخطط وتأثير غير مباشر للممارسات الإسلامية من خلال إدراك التحكم في السلوك والمعيار الشخصي. يمكن الاستفادة من نتائج هذه الدراسة بتقديم نموذج يمكن أن يساهم في إثراء الأبحاث اللاحقة ويمكن أيضا أن تستفيد منها الحكومات ومخططي السياسات العامة عند اتخاذ الإجراءات أو طرح برامج تكوين بناء على هذه النتائج التي تقدم صورة أكثر وضوح وتوجه قرارتهم نحو زيادة عدد المؤسسات الفاعلة في التنمية الاقتصادية. The study aims to analyze the impact of Islamic values and practices and, the dimensions of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) on the entrepreneurial intention of master and the third year of bachelor's degree students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf M'sila from various disciplines. 750 questionnaires were distributed, of which 566 were retrieved valid for statistical analysis. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) were used to analyze the study variables using (Smart PLS 3) program. The results showed that the dimensions of the theory of planned behavior effect the entrepreneurial intention of students in M'sila University. And, we confirmed that there is a positive effect of entrepreneurial attitude, perception of behavioral control, and personal criterion on the entrepreneurial intention of students, we confirmed also that there is an indirect effect of islamic values on the entrepreneurial intention through the dimensions of the theory of planned behavior and an indirect effect of islamic practices through the Perceived behavioral control and subjective norm. It is possible to benefit from the results of this study by providing a model that can contribute to enriching subsequent research. Governments and public policy planners can also benefit from those results when taking action or introducing programs, which provide a clearer picture that directs their decisions towards increasing the number of active companies that promote economic development. L'étude vise à mesurer l'impact des valeurs et pratiques islamiques et les dimensions de la théorie du comportement planifié sur l'intention entrepreneuriale des étudiants de master et de troisième année de licence à la Faculté des Sciences ?conomiques, Commerciales et de Gestion de l'Université Mohammed. Boudiaf M'sila de diverses disciplines. 750 questionnaires ont été distribués, parmi lesquels 566 questionnaires ont été récupérés, propices à l'analyse statistique. L'étude s'est appuyée sur la méthode de modélisation par équations structurelles utilisant la méthode des Moindres Carrés Partiels utilisant le programme Smart PLS 3. Les résultats ont montré un effet des dimensions de la théorie du comportement planifié sur l'intention entrepreneuriale des étudiants de l'Université de M'sila. Il a été confirmé que l'attitude entrepreneuriale, la perception du contrôle sur le comportement et le niveau personnel ont un effet positif sur l'intention entrepreneuriale des étudiants. Il a également été confirmé qu'il existe un effet indirect des valeurs islamiques sur l'entrepreneuriat. Intention à travers les dimensions de la théorie du comportement planifié et un effet indirect des pratiques islamiques à travers la perception du contrôle sur le comportement et les normes personnelles. Les résultats de cette étude peuvent être utilisés pour fournir un modèle qui peut contribuer à enrichir les recherches ultérieures. Les gouvernements et les planificateurs des politiques publiques peuvent également en bénéficier en agissant ou en proposant des programmes de formation basés sur ces résultats, qui fournissent une image plus claire et orientent leurs efforts.
