This study attempted to shed some light on the different methods used by Kennedy to deal with the Blacks' issues of discrimination, and the reintegration process of African Americans within the American society. Although Kennedy is accused for not taking serious measures to protect Blacks, he is granted the privilege of reinforcing the idea of inclusion at all governmental spheres.
