زبيدي، المكيشرقي، خليل2023-09-172023-09-172021-06-302352– 9822E2588-1574http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/15846تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور وأهمية الديمقراطية التشاركية وأبعادها المختلفة (مشاركة المواطنين ومشاركة الجمعيات) في تحسين أداء الإدارة العمومية (تحسين الخدمات العمومية، الحكومة الالكترونية، المشاركة في التنمية المحلية والوطنية). لتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات في بلدية الوادي، حيث وزع على عينة قصدية بلغ عددها 50 إطارا مسيرا ليتم جمع وقبول 40 استبيانا قابلا للتحليل، وفي هذا الصدد تم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS لاختبار نموذج وفرضيات الدراسة، لتخلص الدراسة إلى وجود دور إيجابي ومعنوي للديمقراطية التشاركية في تحسين الادارة العمومية. This study aims to expose the role and the importance of participatory democracy and its various dimensions (citizen participation and association participation) in improving public administration performance (improving public services, e-government, participating in development). To achieve this, the questionnaire was a basic tool for collecting data in the municipality El-Oued, it was distributed to a purposive sample of 50 managers, 40 questionnaires were collected and accepted for analyze. The SPSS software were relied to test the model and hypotheses.
