بوطرفة، صوريةبوعمران، ملاك2025-05-192025-05-192021http://dspace.univ-oeb.dz:4000/handle/123456789/22452في ظل ثورة المعلومات والاتصال، أصبح التحول الرقمي ضرورة ملحّة لمختلف المؤسسات، سواء في القطاع العام أو الخاص. إن الاعتماد على الأنظمة الذكية والأساليب الرقمية يساهم في تقليل الوقت والتكاليف، وتحقيق مرونة أكبر في معالجة البيانات، وضمان كفاءة وفعالية العملية الإنتاجية. وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية التحول الرقمي ومتطلبات تحقيقه. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق التحول الرقمي لا يتم بشكل عشوائي، بل يتطلب تبني رؤية رقمية واضحة، وتطوير خطة استراتيجية متينة. كما أن توفير الإمكانات المادية والمالية والبشرية اللازمة يُعد شرطًا أساسيًا لتحقيق التحول الرقمي. In light of the information and communication revolution, digital transformation has become an urgent necessity for various organizations, either on the level of public or private sector. Reliance on smart systems and digital methods contributes to reducing time, reducing costs and achieving greater flexibility in data processing and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process. This study aimed to identify the importance of digital transformation and the requirements for achieving it, and the study concluded that achieving digital transformation is not done in a random manner, but rather requires adopting a clear digital vision and developing a solid strategic plan, Providing the necessary material, Financial and human capabilities is also a prerequisite for digital transformation.
