Using historical, analytical, and content analysis approaches, the study evaluates whether CNN adheres to journalistic standards of objectivity and truth or propagates biased narratives. It explores CNN’s role as a major global news outlet of conflict. By analyzing the framing, language, and source selection in CNN’s coverage, the study highlights the impact of media bias. The research underscores the importance of critical media literacy in understanding the relationship between media representation and societal views, advocating for a discerning and analytical approach to media consumption in today’s interconnected society.
