بوريش, أحمدلمريني, نجلاء2023-09-242023-09-242022-06-102352-9962E-ISSN 2572-0147http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16400يهدف إصلاح بيئة الأعمال إلى تقليل تكاليف ومخاطر ممارسة الأعمال من خلال تحسين السياسات الحكومية الضعيفة والقوانين واللوائح، وتحفيز المنافسة من خلال الداخلين الجدد إلى السوق. لهذا جاءت الدراسة الحالية لتقييم اصلاحات بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر، من خلال بيانات وصفية لمؤشرات تقرير ممارسة الأعمال 2020. حيث أنه من أجل إجراء دراسة إحصائية تم الإعتماد على تطبيق طريقة تحليل المركبات الأساسية لمجموعة من الدول مقارنة بالجزائر على أساس تقرير 2020. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أنه بالرغم من هذه الإصلاحات، مازالت الجزائر في ذيل قائمة الدول من حيث سهولة ممارسة أنشطة الأعمال. حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الإصلاح الإداري هو أحد أهم المكونات في تغيير بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر من أجل ممارسة أنشطة الأعمال بشكل أسهل. Business environment reform aims to reduce the costs and risks of business activity by improving poor government policies, laws and regulations, and by stimulating competition through new market entrants. The present study aimed to evaluate business environment reforms in Algeria. through a descriptive data according to the Indicators of Doing Business Report 2020. In order to conduct a statistical study by applying the method PCA to a group of countries compared to Algeria on the basis for the 2020 report. The results of the study revealed that Despite its reforms, Algeria remains at the bottom of the list of countries in terms of ease of doing business.
