عامر، نورةعروج، فضيلة2025-05-182025-05-182020-06-29http://dspace.univ-oeb.dz:4000/handle/123456789/22442يعد التحرش الجنس ي من أشد أنواع الإساءة الجسدية والنفسية التي تتعرض لها العديد من فئات المجتمع، ولا سيما فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وذلك نظرا للخصوصيات التي تميز هاته الشريحة والتي تجعل منها فريسة سهلة المنال، كما وأن الآثار النفسية والطبية والإجتماعية الجسيمة التي تلحق الفرد المعاق المتحرش به جنسيا كثيرة ومتفاوتة؛ لأجل ذلك بات البحث والتقصي في هذا الموضوع بالغ الأهمية، وتأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة واستقصاء ما تم الحصول عليه في حدود علم الباحثتين مع تقديم قراءات وصفية تحليلية لأهم نقاط الضعف والقوة لتلك الدراسات؛ وقد جاءت الدراسات العربية والمحلية قليلة في عددها وغير شاملة لكل المتغيرات التي تنطوي ضمن لحاء الموضوع، وكلها محاولات بسيطة تحتاج إلى الاجتهاد و التعمق والجراءة في البحث، خلاف الدراسات الأجنبية ولاسيما الأمريكية التي شملت مسوحاتها عينات كبيرة من مجموع المعاقين باختلاف إعاقاتهم، وفي مجمل النتائج المحصل عليها فإ ن الأفراد المعاقين ذهنيا وسمعيا هم أكثر الشرائح عرضة للتحرش والإساءة الجنسية. Abstract Sexual harassment is one of the most severe types of physical and psychological abuse differed by many groups of society, especially the category of people with special needs. due to the peculiarities that characterize this segment, which make it an easy prey, sexually many and varied; For this reason, research and investigation on this subject has become extremely important.
