It clarifies the hidden geopolitical objectives of its wide investments, and why China has chosen Africa as new markets and foreign partner. It also sheds the light on the American -African ties that emphasize more on security and stability issues, and less on trade. African countries ambitions to join and integrate the globalized world led its leaders to think of reestablishing new strategies appropriate to its natural and human resources.
