For this purpose, we distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 42 employees of this rank. The results indicate that the MBWA is practiced to a high degree among the employees of the administrators of the University of Constantine2; and the Effective Communication dimension comes first in terms of importance. Moreover, we found that the combined dimensions of MBWA have a significant effect on the creative behavior of the study sample at the level of (∝=0.05).
