سعدون, نجاة2023-09-142023-09-142022-06-152353-012Xhttp://hdl.handle.net/123456789/15815تعدّ العقود مادّة دسمة في الترجمة لتنوّع قوالبها وأشكالها ومضامينها على مرّ الزّمن. لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة العقود الشرعية القديمة في الجزائر وترجمتها للفرنسية، وسعت إلى وصفها وتحليلها ومقارنتها من حيث الشكل والمضمون. إن ترجمة هذه الوثائق مثيرة للاهتمام لما فيها من الحرص على الدقة والجودة والأمانة في نقل المعنى. لقد تطرقنا لترجمات بعض الجمل والعبارات الواردة فيها لنتبيّن أهم التقنيات المعتمد عليها مركّزين في ذلك على ثلاثة معايير شكلت قضايا رئيسية في الترجمة وهي الأمانة والمعنى وتعذّر الترجمة. Contracts have a great importance in translation due to the diversity of their patterns, forms and contents over time. This study tackles the old Muslim affairs contracts in Algeria and their translation into French. We analyze and compare them in terms of form and content. Their translation is so interesting because of the effort that appears through the accuracy, quality and fidelity.
