This study aims to analyze the impact of using balanced scorecard (BSC) in evaluating the performance of Alfapipe-unit in Annaba. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was adopted as a main tool to collect data, it was distributed to a sample of 39 higher level employers. Using SPSS V25,the study concluded that the axes of balanced scorecard all together describe a total of 64% of performance evaluation.
