بوجبيار، رانيةمباركي، صفاء2025-05-132025-05-132024-06-012588-1574http://dspace.univ-oeb.dz:4000/handle/123456789/22371تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تطبيق أخلاقيات الأعمال من قبل أساتذة الجامعات، وخاصةً أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بعنابة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 70 أستاذًا من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج، بعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، تشير إلى توافر جميع أبعاد أخلاقيات الأعمال من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى المعنوية (α≤0.05). This study aims to identify the extent of the application of business ethics by university professors, particularly professors of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences in Annaba.
