In the fulfillment of this aim, we adopted a quasiexperimental approach. The approach went through three main phases: the pre-test, the treatment period, and the post-test. Master one student at Larbi Ben M'hidi University were selected as the target population of the study. Two groups were settled on to form the experimental and control groups. The former was exposed to target culture issues through the implementation of the intercultural approach, whereas the control group was exposed to the same content using the traditional lecturing approach. The results obtained from the quantitative examination of the gathered data reveal that the implementation of the intercultural approach has a significant impact on raising the students' attitudes towards the target language culture. On account of these findings, a number of pedagogical implications are given to teachers and course designers.enAttitudesIntercultural approachTarget-language cultureInvestigating the effect of implementing the intercultural approach on learners’ attitudes towards the target- language culturethe case of master one students at the english department,Larbi Ben M’hidi UniversityOther
