dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نماذج قياسية للتمييز بين الاستراتيجيات المالية للمؤسسات الصناعية الخاصة الجزائرية، من خلال دراسة أثر تنوع فروع القطاع الصناعي على الاستراتيجيات المالية المتبعة؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تمّ الاعتماد على مجموعة من المتغيرات الكمية المرتبطة بالاستراتيجية المالية، وامتدت فترة الدراسة للفترة ما بين 2009-2012، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (46) مؤسسة، باستخدام أسلوب التحليل التمييزي، بالاعتماد على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصناعية الخاصة الجزائرية تتميز بخصوصيات معينة تعود إلى مزيج من العوامل تختلف على إثرها الاستراتيجيات المالية المعتمدة، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أنه يمكن تصنيف الاستراتيجيات المالية وفقاً لفرع النشاط الصناعي الذي تنتمي إليه. علومات موثوقة وملائمة؛ ل ذلك The present study aims to develop a standardize models for distinguish between financial strategies of private industrial Algerian companies, through the study of the effect of the diversity of the branches of the industrial sector on the financial strategies used, In order to achieve this objective, the study rely on a set of quantitative variables, which related with financial strategy, the study lasted during the period from2009-2012 with a sample consisted (46) companies. Using the Discriminant Analysis, based on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study concludes that the private industrial Algerian companies characterized by a special case, depending on the financial strategies that these companies rely on. In addition, the results revealed that financial strategies can be classified according to the branch of industrial activity to which they belong
