| dc.description.abstract | من خلال هذه الدراسة الى إبراز دور الصكوك الإسلامية الخضراء كأحد البدائل الحديثة لتمويل المشاريع البيئية من خلال قدرتها على جذب الموارد المالية وتوجيهها نحو الاستثمارات الاقتصادية الصديقة للبيئة والمسؤولة اجتماعيًا، مع تتبع تطورات تجربة الصكوك الخضراء عالميا ودراسة تفصيلية للتجربة الماليزية، وقد تم التوصل الى أن الصكوك الخضراء تعد من الآليات والصيغ المستجدة التي يمكن من خلالها الإسهام في التحول الى الاقتصاد الأخضر، كونها بديل واعد للسندات الخضراء فهي تجمع بين المتطلبات الشرعية وتساهم في المحافظة على البيئة، وتعتبر ماليزيا من أهم البلدان الرائدة عالميًا في مجال الاستثمار الأخضر من خلال تقديم الصكوك الإسلامية الخضراء ضمن صكوك الاستثمار المستدام والمسؤول (SRI)، كما بذلت جهود كبيرة كتوفير الغطاء القانوني والأرضية الملائمة لإصدار هذا النوع من الصكوك بهدف تمويل المشاريع الخضراء، وهو ما أدى إلى تحقيق معدلات نمو سنوية متزايدة. Through this study, it highlighted the role of green Islamic sukuk as one of the modern alternatives to financing environmental projects through its ability to attract financial resources and direct them towards environmentally friendly and socially responsible economic investments, while tracking the developments of the global green sukuk experience and a detailed study of the Malaysian experience. It was concluded that the sukuk Green is one of the emerging mechanisms and formulas through which it can contribute to the transition to a green economy, being a promising alternative to green bonds, as it combines legal requirements and contributes to preserving the environment. Within the framework of the sustainable and responsible investment (SRI), great efforts have been made, such as providing the legal cover and the appropriate ground for issuing this type of sukuk with the aim of financing green projects, which has led to increasing annual growth rates. | ar |
