| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف مدى مساهمة المراجعة الجبائية في تحسين جودة التصريحات الجبائية، حيث تعتبر المراجعة الجبائية أحد العوامل الهامة ضمن النظام الضريبي التصريحي لما لها من قدرة على إدارته بعدالة وإنصاف، فهي إجراء رقابي يخوّل للإدارة الضريبية التأكّد من صحة ودقة التصريحات المقدمة من قبل المكلف بالضريبة. وتم اختبار ذلك وفقا لدراسة إستبيانية بمديرية الضرائب لولاية بسكرة، وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود أثر ايجابي لبرنامج المراجعة الجبائية لما له من قدرة على زيادة الالتزام الضريبي للمكلف بالضريبة وبالتالي تحسين جودة التصريح الجبائي، وكذلك قدرة جودة المراجعة في التأثير إيجابا على جودة التصريح الجبائي. This study aims to explore the extent to contribute the tax audit in improving the quality of tax statements. The tax audit considers as one of the important factors within declarative tax system, and it has the ability to manage this system with the justice and fairness. Also, it is a monitor procedure which authorizes the tax administration to ensure the accuracy of statements that giving by the taxpayer. The researcher used a questionnaire to gather the primary data from the tax administration of Biskra, and analyzed the data statistically. The study results assured that there is a positive impact to tax audit program on the quality of tax statement, because the tax audit has a capability to rise the commitment of the tax charge, also the quality of tax audit has a positive effect on the quality of tax statement. | |
