| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق ممارسات إدارة الجودة بأبعادها (التزام ومشاركة الإدارة العليا، معلومات الجودة وقياس الأداء، تدريب الموظفين وتمكينهم، التركيز على العملاء) على الأداء المالي، ولقد تم تجميع البيانات من الموظفين العاملين في المصارف التجارية بمدينة مصراتة، وكانت عينة الدراسة (67) مستجوباً، وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي عليها باعتماد البرامج الإحصائية (SPSS, Var.24 & Smart PLS3) لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التزام ومشاركة الإدارة العليا، والتركيز على العملاء يرتبطان بعلاقة إيجابية مع الأداء المالي، كما اتضح أن كل من معلومات الجودة وقياس الأداء وتدريب الموظفين وتمكينهم لا يرتبطان بعلاقة ذات أهمية مع الأداء المالي. This study deals with four organizational factors relating to the applying quality management practices: The Top management commitment and participation, Quality information and performance measurement, Employee training and empowerment and the Customer focus. It aims to determine whether these four different factors have an effect financial performance. Data were collected from 67 participants working in different commercial banks operating in city of Misurata. In order to test the study hypotheses, the statistical programmes of SPSS, Var.24, and Smart PLS3 used for analyzing data. The finding revealed that the Top management commitment and participation and Customer focus factor have a positive effect on the financial performance. Whereas, the other factors of the Quality information and performance measurement, i.e. and the Employee training and empowerment have statistically revealed no effect on the financial performance. | ar |
