| dc.description.abstract | يحاول هذا المقال دراسة حجم تأثير برامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي المنتهجة من قبل الحكومة الجزائرية خلال الفترة: 2001-2014 على مناخ الاستثمار فتحليل هذه الفترة يكشف عن درجة التحسن المقبولة التي يشهدها مناخ الاستثمار خاصة في مجال تحقيق التوازنات الاقتصادية الكلية، بالمقابل لا يزال حجم الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة الوافدة جد متواضع، مقارنة بقدرة الجذب التي تتمتع بها الجزائر. إن هذه المفارقة تفرض على الحكومة الجزائرية بذل المزيد من الجهود، قصد تذليل كافة العقبات التي تحد من تدفق المزيد من الاستثمارات خاصة الأجنبية المباشر ة، قصد الاستفادة منها في دفع عجلة التنمية. This article attempts to study the impact of the economic recovery programs during the period 2001-2014 adopted by the Algerian government on the investment climate. The analysis of this period reveals the acceptable improvement in the investment climate especially in the field of achieving macroeconomic balances. In contrast, the volume of foreign investments Direct arrivals are very modest, compared to the attractiveness of Algeria. This paradox obliges the Algerian government to exert more efforts in order to overcome all the obstacles that limit the flow of more investments, especially foreign direct, in order to benefit from it in advancing development. Cet article tente d'étudier l'impact des programmes de relance économique au cours de la période 2001 - 2014 adoptés par le gouvernement algérien sur le climat d'investissement. L'analyse de cette période révèle l'amélioration acceptable du climat d'investissement notamment dans le domaine des équilibres macroéconomiques. Les arrivées directes sont très modestes, comparées à l'attractivité de l'Algérie.
