| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة الاتفاقيات التجارية الجزائرية في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي خلال الفترة 2000 الى 2022، حيث حددنا اهم النصوص التي جاءت بها هذه الاتفاقيات و المزايا و المساوئ التي تنجر عنها ، وبعدها قمنا . بتحليل عناصر الميزان التجاري في الفترة التي تلي إبرام الاتفاقيات ودخولها حيز التطبيق . وقد توصلنا إلى أن الجزائر لم تصل إلى الأهداف المرجوة، ولم يتم الاستغلال الجيد لمزاياها في الفترة من 2000 إلى 2019 ، أما بعد 2019 ، فقد تم انتهاج دبلوماسية اقتصادية رشيدة مما أدى إلى تحقيق جزء كبير من الأهداف المرجوة حيث وصل الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إلى 187.2 مليار دولار عام 2022، وقيمة الصادرات خارج المحروقات إلى 7 مليارات دولار. This study aims to highlight the extent to which Algerian trade agreements contribute to achieving economic diversification during the period 2000 to 2022, where we identified the most important texts of these agreements, and the advantages and disadvantages that result from them, and then we analyzed the elements of the trade balance in the period following the conclusion of the agreements and their entry into force. We have concluded that Algeria did not reach the desired goals, and its advantages were not well exploited in the period from 2000 to 2019, but after 2019, rational economic diplomacy was pursued, which led to achieving a large part of the desired goals, as the GDP reached $ 187.2 billion in 2022, and the value of non-hydrocarbon exports to $ 7 billion . | |
