dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفاءة المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة بسكرة وذلك من وجهة نظر طلابهم. ولتحقيق ذلك صيغت ست فرضيات تم اختبارها باستخدام اختبار T للعينة الواحدة (One Sample T- test) ، إضافة إلى ذلك تم الاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية لمعرفة تصورات المبحوثين حول مستوى الكفاءة المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. وأُستُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من عينة البحث البالغ حجمها (169) طالب وطالبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها قبول جميع فرضيات البحث، وأن مستوى الكفاءة المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة بسكرة جاء مرتفعا وفقا لمقياس الدراسة، إذ بلغ متوسط إجابات المبحوثين عن أبعاد الكفاءة المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس مجتمعة (3.568). This study aimed to recognize the professional competency of the members of the teaching staff of the faculty of economic, commercial and management sciences at the University of Biskra, from the point of view of their students. And in order to achieve this, the six formulated hypotheses were tested using the T test per sample (one sample t-test). Moreover, it has been relying on descriptive statistical methods to determine the respondents' perceptions about the level of professional competency of the members of the teaching staff of the faculty. It’s used a questionnaire as a main tool to collect data and information from the research sample size of 169 students. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of all the research hypotheses acceptance, and the professional competency level of the members of the faculty of economic commercial and management sciences at the University of Biskra was high, according to the scale of the study, with the average answers respondents dimensions of professional competency of the members of the teaching staff collectively (3.568).
