Abstract
لقد أصبح الطاقات المتجددة من أهم المواضيع المثارة على الساحة الوطنية والدولية، لما له من أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للدول والحكومات وحتى الأفراد، وذلك لارتباطها بعدة أبعاد أمنية مثل الأمن الطاقوي، الغذائي، الاقتصادي، و البشري بصورة عامة.
لذلك، حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على هذه القضية من خلال التركيز على تقديم مفهوم الطاقات المتجددة ومدى أهميتها وخصائصها، مع التركيز على أهم المقومات التي تمتلكها الجزائر في هذا المجال، وطرح أبرز العوائق والتحديات التي تواجه الدولة للتحول نحو الاستغلال الأمثل لهذه الطاقة النظيفة.
The issue of renewable energies has become one of the most important topics raised on the national and international arena because of its great importance for countries, governments and even individuals due to its association with several dimensions of security such as energy, food, economic and human security in general.
Therefore, we tried during this research paper to raise this issue by focusing on giving a concept of renewable energies and the extent of their importance and
characteristics, with a focus on the most important ingredients that Algeria possesses in this field, and raising the most important obstacles and obstacles facing the state to shift towards the optimal exploitation of this clean energy.
