| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية إستراتيجية التنويع في تحقيق أثر التآزر (التعاضد) في منظمات الأعمال، انطلاقا من الكشف عن مفهوم التآزر في حد ذاته، ودور التنويع المترابط من خلال دخول المنظمة في أنشطة جديدة مرتبطة إستراتيجيا بمجال عملها الحالي في تحقيق أثر التآزر . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن الاستفادة من أثر التآزر ( التكنولوجي، التجاري والإداري) في شركة مناجم الفوسفات عند تنفيذها لمشروع تحويل الفوسفات الخام إلى أسمدة فوسفاتية. The study aimed to highlight the importance of the diversification strategy in achieving the effect of synergy in business organizations, based on revealing the concept of synergy in itself, and the role of interrelated diversification through the organization's entry into new activities that are strategically linked to its current field of work in achieving the synergistic effect. The study concluded that it is possible to benefit from the synergy effect (technological, commercial and administrative) in the Phosphate Mines Company when implementing the project to convert crude phosphates into phosphate fertilizers. | ar |
