| dc.description.abstract | في ظل التغيرات المستجدة، ونتيجة لتزايد وتسارع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتأثيرها في جميع نواحي الحياة الاقتصادية خاصة القطاع البنكي، كان ضروريا على البنوك الجزائرية أن تطبق ثقافة بنكية تأخذ في الحسبان ما تشهده الساحة المصرفية من تحديث، وأن تواكب التطورات الحاصلة حتى ترقى إلى مستوى التحديات والمخاطر المحتملة، كل ذلك من أجل عصرنة النظام المصرفي. إذ قامت في هذا المجال بإنشاء عدة مشاريع، واعتماد عدة إصلاحات هامة للنهوض بهذا القطاع الحساس وترقيته، لما لو من أىمية بالغة في تطوير المعاملات In the light of the new current changes, and as a result of the increasing and accelerating use of information and communication technology and its impact on all economic life aspects, especially the banking sector, it was necessary for Algerian banks to apply a banking culture that takes into account the banking update and modernization, and keep pace with development taking place to reach challenges and potential risks level for modernizing the banking system.
