dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد اثر الإنفاق العام بشقيه الجاري (نفقات التسيير) والاستثماري (نفقات التجهيز) على التضخم بالجزائر خلال الفترة 1980- 2018، بإتباع خطوات التحليل القياسي الحديث بدءاً باختبار ديكي فولر(ADF) للاستقرارية ثم اختبار التكامل المشترك باستعمال منهج الحدود BOUNDS TEST ومن ثم تقدير النموذج في النهاية باستخدام منهج ARDL، فتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن كافة متغيرات النموذج متكاملة من الدرجة الأولى عند المستوى5%، وعليه اتجهت الدراسة إلى نموذج تصحيح الخطأ (ECM)بتحليل ديناميكي، وعند تقديره اتضح أن قيمة معامله قدرت بحوالي 37.54% (معنوي إحصائيا وسالب الإشارة) وهو ما دل عن وجود علاقة ديناميكية قصيرة الأجل بين التضخم والمتغيرات المفسرة، كما أظهر نتائج متباينة في الاتجاه ما بين تأثير طردي وآخر عكسي من الإنفاق الاستثماري والإنفاق الجاري نحو التضخم. This study aims at understanding the nature of the relationship between inflation and the general trend of government expenditure and its growth in the Algerian economy. Our study aimed at determining the effect of public spending on inflation and expenditure in the period 1980 to 2018 in Algeria, following the steps of the modern standard analysis starting with the ADF test of stability, then the integration test using the BOUNDS TEST methodology and then finally estimating the model using the ARDL approach. The study concluded that all the model variables were first class integrated at the 5% level. (ECM) with a dynamic analysis. At its estimate, it was found that the value of its coefficient was estimated at 37.54% (statistically significant and negative), indicating a short-term dynamic relationship between inflation and explanatory variables, and differentiated results in the trend between the direct and indirect impact of current spending and investment expenditure on inflation.
