Abstract
L’objectif de la recherche est de savoir si la formation acquise en comptabilité par les étudiantes universitaires, est suffisante et appropriée pour répondre aux attentes de la profession comptable. Pour réaliser cet objectif, les chercheurs scindent la recherche en deux axes dont le premier
aborde l’état général de la formation et le deuxième traite l’approche pédagogique. Ils utilisent à cet effet, les méthodes : descriptif analytique et comparatif, ainsi que l’observation et l’entretien comme outils de recherche. Les chercheurs parviennent à ce que : la formation universitaire
affiche des insuffisances dans les modules enseignés, absence d’un suivi assurant la consolidation des acquis, défaut de coordination entre les modules, ainsi que la méthode pédagogique « exercice » qui connaisse des limites et des insuffisances par rapport au traitement réel d’un cas étudié.
The objective of the research is to determine whether the formation acquired in accounting by university students is sufficient and appropriate to meet the expectations of the accounting profession. In order to achieve this objective, the scholars divide the research into two axes, the first of which deals with the general state of formation in accounting and the second of which deals with the pedagogical approach.
The scholars also use analytical descriptive and comparative methods, as well as, the observation
and the interview as research tools. The scholars concluded that: the university formation shows deficiencies in the modules, the absence of the follow-up that ensuring the consolidation of information, the absence of coordination between the modules, and finally, the pedagogic method
“exercise” shows limits and inadequacies comparing to the real case treatment.
