| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه ممارسات القيادة الخادمة بمختلف أبعادها في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر عينة من الموظفين لدى المديرية العملياتية للاتصالات - قالمة –وتم استخدام أسلوب الاستقصاء للحصول على البيانات والمعلومات الميدانية. وبعد اختبار الفرضيات توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن المتغيرات المستقلة استطاعت أن تفسر 45,2% من المتغيرات الحاصلة في المتغير التابع، والباقي يعزى لعوامل أخرى، وهي قوة تفسيرية عالية مما يدل على وجود علاقة أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 α≤ بين عناصر القيادة الخادمة وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. This study aims to identify the role played by servant leadership practices in its various dimensions in enhancing organizational citizenship behavior from the point of view of a sample of employees at the Operational Directorate of Communications - Guelma - the survey method was used to obtain data and field information. After testing the hypotheses, the study reached several results, including: that the independent variables were able to explain 45.2% of the variables that occurred in the dependent variable, and the rest is attributed to other factors, which is a high explanatory power, which indicates the existence of a statistically significant effect relationship at the level of significance α 0.05. ≤ between the elements of servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. | ar |
