dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين في القطاع الصحي في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 في ولاية أم البواقي، وللوصول لأهداف هده الدراسة تم توزيع 200 استبانة على العاملين في كل من مستشفى زرداني صالح، ومستشفى محمد بوضياف بإعتبارهما أكثر المؤسسات الإستشفائية استقبالا للحالات على مستوى الولاية خلال فترة الجائحة. تم استرجاع 189 استبانة منها، أي بمعدل دوران 94,5%. بعد إدخال البيانات في برنامج الـ SPSSومعالجتها تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية عند مستوى 0.05 بين ضغوط العمل وأبعاد أداء العاملين وهذه العلاقة موافقة للنظرية الاقتصادية. كما تضمنت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن البيئة الداخلية التي توفرها المستشفيات بشكل عام أو مجموعات العمل تساهم بشكل كبير في إجهاد نفسي وجسدي للعاملين في المستشفى والذي يعتبر أكثر فتكًا من الوباء نفسه This study aims to identify the impact of work stress and pressures on the performance of the employees in health sector in light of Covid-19 pandemic in Oum El Bouaghi. In order to reach the objectives of this study, 200questionnaires were distributedto workers in both ZerdaniSaleh and Mohamed Boudiaf Hospitals as they are the most hospital-receiving institutions for sick cases during the pandemic period, 189 questionnaires were retrieved, with a rotation rate of 94.5%. After analyzing the data using SPSS program, it was found that there is a significant effect at the level of 0.05 between work stress and employee performance dimensions, and this relationship is consistent with the economic theory. The study also reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the internal environment provided by hospitals in general or work groups contributes significantly to psychological and physical stress for hospital employees, which is considered more deadly than the epidemic itself.ar
