| dc.description.abstract | حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث إبراز الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه الوقف باعتباره أداة من أدوات المالية الإسلامية. وكيف يساهم مساهمة فعالة في تحقيق التنمية . فمن خلال الإيرادات الوقفية تمول المشاريع المصغرة بأساليب تمويلية تتناسب مع التمويل الإسلامي ، كما يمكن للوقف أن يكون مصدر من مصادر التي تعتمد عليها الدولة في تغطيت نفقاتها . و خلصت الدراسة إلى التأكد بأن الوقف يساهم في تخفيض نسبة البطالة من خلال القرض الحسن ، كما يمكنه أن يساهم في التخفيف من عبء الميزانية عن طريق مساهمته في النفقات العامة خاصة وأن هناك عجز في ميزانية الدولة ولا يكون ذلك إلا من خلال إعادة إحياء الوقف وتنظيم عملية تحصيله وتوزيعه بطريقة اقتصادية وحسابية حديثة. الكلمات المفتاحية: البطالة ، الوقف ، القرض الحسن، الميزانية. Abstract thought this reaserch, we tried to highlight the instrumental role of the WAKF as an islamic finance instrument., and how it contributes effectively to realize developement. the micro-projects are financed from Wakf incomes commensurate with islamic finance methods. Also Wakf can be one of the state sources to cover its expenditures. This study concluded that Wakf contributes to reducing unemployement throught Good Loan, also budget burden throught contribution to general public expenditures of the state, especially when there is a deficit in the state budget, and then only throught resurrection of Wakf and organisation its process of collecting and distributing from modern economic and calculation methods keywords: wakf. unemployment. good loan.
