| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل هيكل المديونية في الدول العربية النفطية و الغير النفطية ، خاصة في ظل تفشي جائحة كوفيد 19 على ومحاولة تحليل أثارها و انعكاساتها ، فالدول العربية الغير النفطية تعاني عجزا هيكليا مستمرا في كل من الميزان الداخلي و الخارجي و هوما أدى إلى ارتفاع الديون الخارجية عند مستويات تعادل الناتج المحلي ، وايضا نجد الدول العربية النفطية تتخبط مع المتغيرات العالمية و الإقليمية خاصة التراجع في اسعار النفط في السنوات الاخيرة و هو ما انعكس على الموازين بالسلب لتصل المديونية الخارجية للدول العربية إلى ما يقارب 1.5 تريليون دولار سنة2021 . This study aims to analyze the structure of indebtedness in the oil and non-oil Arab countries, especially in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic on and try to analyze its effects and repercussions. Foreign affairs are at levels equal to GDP, and we also find Arab oil countries floundering with global and regional changes, especially the decline in oil prices in recent years, which has been reflected in negative balances, bringing the external debt of Arab countries to nearly 1.5 trillion dollars in 2021. | ar |
