dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية على ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات، ولجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على (179) عامل بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتم الاعتماد في ذلك على برنامج SPSS من أجل القيام بالتحليل الإحصائي متبعين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية. The objective of This study is to determine the relationship between corporation social responsibility and human resources management practice in Phosphate Mines institutions –Somiphos-. In order to reach this goal, a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting data and distributing it (179) to the sample members of the study sample. following the descriptive analytical approach (spss) for the same purpose. The study found Statistically significant effect relationship between corporation social responsibility and human resources management practice
