Abstract
استهدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن جودة الحياة لدى السجين المفرج عنه، فمما لا شك فيك أن لعملية إعادة إدماج السجناء داخل المؤسسات العقابية دور كبير في النهوض بأوضاعهم وإعادة تنشئتهم وتصحيح تكيفهم سعيا لردهم إلى المجتمع كأفراد صالحين، لكن الملاحظ واقعيا هو انتشار ظاهرة العود إلى الجريمة، وقد ارجع المختصون أسباب ذلك إلى عدم جاهزية الأسرة والمجتمع لاحتواء هؤلاء المفرج عنهم ما يعبر عن جودة حياة سيئة بالنسبة لهم.
The present study aimed to detect of quality life for released prisoner, there is no doubt that The reintegration of prisoners into penal institutions plays an Important role in the advancement of prisoners, improving their status, reraising and correcting their adaptation in order to restore them to society as good individuals, but what’s actually observed is the prevalence of recidivism, and the reasons for this were that the family and the community are not prepared to contain those released prisoners, which reflects a bad quality of life for them.
