dc.description.abstractأصبح العالم اليوم في حاجة ماسة إلى طرق بديلة وموارد جديدة في تمويل إقتصاداته وتأمين طاقته خارج التقنيات التقليدية القديمة المضرة للبيئة والمسببة للإحتباس الحراري، والبحث عن طاقات جديدة ومتجددة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، مما يحقق الإستقرار والنمو والدفع بعملية الإنتاج وتوفير فرص عمل دائمة مع تحسين المستوى المعيشي للفرد دون الإضرار بالبيئة، كل هاته الخاصيات والحاجيات يمكن توفيرها إذا ما تم الإنتقال من الإقتصاد البني إلى الإقتصاد الأصفر. حيث يوفر الإنتقال إلى الإقتصاد الأصفر للجزائر تحقيق جملة من الأهداف الإستراتيجية والتنموية المستدامة وتحقيق مكاسب إقتصادية وتوفير إستقرار إجتماعي والمحافظة على التوازن البيئي، وذلك من خلال إستغلال مخرجات الإقتصاد الأصفر وتثمينها والعمل على إحلالها مكان الطاقات الناضبة، سنحاول من خلال هذا البحث توضيح المفاهيم الأساسية للإقتصاد الأصفر وعلاقته بالتنمية المستدامة وكيفية محاولة الإنتقال بالجزائر من إقتصاد ريعي ملوث للبيئة إلى إقتصاد مستدام ونظيف ومحافظ على البيئة. The world today is in dire need of alternative methods and new resources to finance its economies and secure its energy outside the old traditional techniques that are harmful to the environment and cause global warning, and to search for new and renewable energies to achieve sustainable development goals, which achieve stability and growth, advance the production process and provide permanent job opportunities with improvement The standard of living of the individual without harming the environment, All these characteristics and needs can be provided if the transition from a brown economy to a yellow economy is made . As the transition to the yellow economy provides Algeria with achieving a number of strategic and sustainable development goals, achieving economic gain, providing social stability and maintaining environmental balance, by exploiting and valuing the outputs of the yellow economy and working to replace them in the place of depleted energies, we will try through this research to clarify the basic concepts of the yellow economy. And its relationship to sustainable development and how to try to move in Algeria from a rentier economy that pollutes the environment to a sustainable, clean and environmentally friendly economy.ar
