| dc.description.abstract | تعد الخريطة الإستراتيجية من النماذج الشاملة التي تربط بين مقاييس المنظورات الأربعة لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن، والتي تهدف إلى تحويل الأصول غير الملموسة إلى نتائج ملموسة، وإلى فهم كيفية قيادة الأصول الغير ملموسة لخلق قيمة مستدامة للمؤسسات، كما تعد إحدى الوسائل المستخدمة لتوضيح وتوصيل إستراتيجية المؤسسة وعملياتها وأنظمتها للعاملين ليتمكنوا من تطبيق هذه الإستراتيجية، أي توفر الحلقة المفقودة بين عملية وصف الإستراتيجية وتنفيذها،ونركز في دراستنا هذه على استراتيجيات الميزة التنافسية، هذه الأخيرة التي تساعد على بناء ميزة تنافسية مستدامة للمؤسسة تحقق لها التفوق على منافسيها، وإن اختيار أي تلك الاستراتيجيات لا بد أن يتوافق مع ظروف عمل المؤسسة الداخلية والخارجية وكذلك ظروف المنافسة داخل الصناعة. The Strategic map is one of the comprehensive models which linking the four perspectives standards for Balanced Scorecard, which aims to transfer nontangible asset to tangible results, and to understand how the leadership of nontangible assets to create sustainable value for institutions, as is one of the used means to clarify and connect the organization's strategy, its operations and systems for workers to facilitate the application this strategy and this means providing the missing link between the process of strategy description and apply it, and we focus in this study on the competitive advantage strategies, the latter of which help to build a sustainable competitive advantage for the organization achieve her superiority over its competitors, and choose any of these strategies must be compatible with the internal and external organization working circumstances, as well as with the circumstances of competition in the industry. | |
