| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة لمناقشة استجابة السياسات في الجزائر، الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، باعتبارها الأكثر تضررا من جائحة كوفيد – 19. بالاعتماد على تحليل مزيج السياسات لمعرفة مدى قدرها على احتواء الصدمة لصالح هذه المؤسسات. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تدابير السياسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر موجهة نحو دعم السيولة (المدى القصير) أكثر من دعم التعافي (للمدى الطويل). ونظرا لكون جزء كبير من هذه المؤسسات ينشط في القطاع غير الرسمي، فإن ذلك قد يحد من فعالية سياسات دعم السيولة، لذا من الضروري لمزيج السياسات أن ينتقل تدريجيا من التركيز على دعم السيولة إلى نهج أكثر هيكلية للمدى الطويل. The study aims to discuss the response of policies in Algeria, related to SMEs, as the most affected by the Covid-19. Relying on the analysis of the policy-mix to determine the extent of its ability to contain the shock in favor of SMEs. The study concluded that the policy measures in Algeria are geared more towards supporting liquidity than supporting recovery. Given that a large part of these companies are active in the informal sector, this may reduce the effectiveness of liquidity support policies, so it’s necessary for the policy mix to move gradually from focusing on liquidity support to a more structural approach for the long term. | ar |
