| dc.description.abstract | لاشك أن الإنسان هو أقدر المخلوقات على النطق والتعبير بالكلام، فقد زوده المولى سبحانه بالقدرة الفطرية التي تمكنه من اكتساب اللغة واستخدامها، حيث جعل له جهازا صوتيا معجزا في خلقه، يعينه بمساعدة الجهاز التنفسي وبالتعاون مع الجهاز العصبي على إخراج أصوات متباينة في البساطة والتعقيد، وهذه القدرة الفطرية إذا لم تتوفر لها العناية اللازمة فإنها لا تنضج، وستظهر على إثر ذلك اضطرابات في اللغة والكلام، فتفقد اللغة قيمتها كوسيلة تواصلية بين الأفراد. ونظرا لخطورة الظاهرة فقد آثرنا الخوض فيها تحت عنوان: مفهوم اضطرابات اللغة والكلام، للإجابة على التساؤلات التالية :ما المقصود بالاضطرابات الكلامية؟ و ما هي الأسباب التي تؤثر على النمو اللغوي لدى الأطفال أو الكبار؟ ما هي العوامل التي تؤثر على لغة الطفل فتجعلها عرضة لأمراض الكلام؟ وكيف نعالج تأثير أمراض الكلام؟ثم أختتمت ورقتنا بمجموعة نتائج وتوصيات مصحوبة بخطاطات علمية طبية. What are the reasons that affect language development in children or adults? What are the factors that affect the child's language and make them susceptible to speech diseases?
