| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى دراسة جريمة الاحتيال المالي باستعمال تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، هذا النوع المستحدث من الإجرام الذي يعتمد على تقنيات جد متطورة من أجل تنفيذ أفعال جرمية بكل احترافية وأقل تكفلة وفي مدة زمنية قصيرة، من خلال تبيان أهم الأركان المكونة لها، وإبراز موقف المشرع من هذه الجريمة عن طريق النصوص الموضوعية التي أقرها في هذا الشأن، ناهيك عن الإجراءات التي استحدثها بغية مواءمتها وخطورة هذه الظاهرة الإجرامية، لنخلص أن جريمة الاحتيال المالي بالاعتماد على نظام تكنولوجيا المعلومات جريمة مستحدثة، تهدد اقتصاديات الدول وحتى أمنها القومي ما يجعلها ضمن أكثر الجرائم الاقتصادية خطورة.
