| dc.description.abstract | لعب النفط دورا رئيسياً في تحديد مسار وطبيعة التنمية، سواء في الأقطار المنتجة أوالمستوردة له، بإعتباره سلعة إستراتيجية تعتبر مادة أساسية في الصناعة ولها أثرا فعالا على مختلف أوجه النشاط الإقتصادي والمالي والمصرفي، فلقد حاولت الكثير من الدول النامية زيادة معدلات إنتاجها الإقتصادية من المواد الأولية لسداد إلتزاماتها الخارجية. الجزائر وكغيرها من الدول النامية، يعد قطاع المحروقات العمود الفقري للإقتصاد، وذلك لأنه لا يزال يعد أكثر من أربعة عقود من الإستقلال القطاع المهيمن على النشاط الإقتصادي، فهو يساهم في الصادرات الجزائرية بنسبة تزيد عن95℅ وفي الناتج الداخلي الخام بحوالي 30℅ ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف دراستنا إلى تحديد مدى تأثير العوائد النفطية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر. Oil played a major role in determining the course and nature of development, both in the countries produced or imported. Oil as a strategic commodity is considered a basic material in industry and has an effective impact on various aspects of economic activity, Of developing countries to increase the rates of economic production of raw materials and to meet their external obligations. Algeria, like other developing countries, is the backbone of the economy, because it still counts more than four decades of independence as the dominant sector of economic activity. It contributes to Algerian exports by more than 95% in the GDP by about 30% this is the result of our study determining the impact of oil revenues on achieving sustainable development in Algeria. | ar |
