dc.description.abstractإن الهدف من تقديمنا لهاته الورقة البحثية هو تسليط الضوء على أجهزة دعم الاستثمار المركزية - على المستوى الوطني- حيث نجد أن المشرع الجزائري أنشأها لتتولى مهمة تنظيم و تسيير حافظة الاستثمارات العقارية الصناعية كما أسند لها جملة من الصلاحيات و التي من بينها تسوية منازعات الاستثمار العقاري الصناعي و هو ما يضفي تحفيزا و حماية للمستثمرين الوطنيين و الأجانب على حد سواء The aim of this course is to introduce the research paper is to highlight the central devices of investment support (At the national level) where we find that the Algerian legislator established them to organize and conduct the portfolio of industrial real estate investments as well as a set of powers including the settlement of industrial and real estate investment disputes which consequently gives motivation and protection for national and foreign investors alike.
