| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أسباب تزايد حالات إلغاء عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ الصينية من قبل الدول المضيفة، وذلك من خلال تحديد خصائص هذه العمليات، وأيضا تحديد طبيعة رد فعل الدول المضيفة تُجاهها. حيث أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن النمو السريع لحجم هذه العمليات خلال فترة قصيرة، وتركيزها على البحث عن الأصول الاستراتيجية، ودور الحكومة الصينية في توجيهها، وأيضا المقاربات الخاصة التي تستخدم عند تنفيذها، هي الخصائص التي أثارت مخاوف الدول المضيفة ودفعتها إلى وضع سياسات تقييدية ضد هذه العمليات وإلغائها تحت مبررات تهديد الأمن القومي. This study aims at identifying the reasons behind the increasing cancellation cases of Chinese merger and acquisition operations by host countries, through identifying the characteristics of these operations as well as the nature of host countries' reaction toward them. The findings of this study indicated that the rapid growth of these operations' scale over a short period, their focus on seeking the strategic assets, the role of Chinese government in guiding them, and the special approaches used in their implementation; are the characteristics that have raised the concerns of host countries and led them to establish restrictive policies against these operations and to cancel them under the justifications of threatening the national security. | ar |
