Teaching and learning writing are the two important activities necessary for any academic institution. Various studies were conducted to find out what has been changed in the writing course during the Covid19 and how these changes affected teachers and learners. The present dissertation aims at investigating teachers and learners' concerns about the induced changes in the writing subject at Oum El Bouaghi University during Covid19 pandemic. It aims at answering the question: Do teachers and learners similar (or different) concerns about the teaching and learning requirements of writing during Covid-19 pandemic? The research relies on the questionnaire as the research tool to investigate teachers and learners perceptions about the issue. The results of the study provided a concluding answer to the research question showing that both teachers and students have the same concerns about the needs of written expression during Covid19 pandemic.ar
