dc.description.abstractتحاول هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة أثر الإنفاق العمومي على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة من 1990إلى ،2019 وذلك من خلال محاولة إيجاد العلاقة التوازنية بين المتغيرات المدروسة في المدى الطويل ، وذلك باستعمال برنامج EVIEWS10. قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تكاملية موجبة طويلة الأجل بين الانفاق العام والنمو الاقتصادي قدرت ب 0.2841 من جهة وبين التضخم و النمو الاقتصادي قدرت ب 0.7636 من جهة أخرى. و اتضح وجود تأثير موجب للإنفاق الاستهلاكي النهائي على النمو الاقتصادي قدر ب 0.0020.و كل هذا يعود لغياب التعديل في هيكل الإنفاق العام المحلي. This research paper attempts to study the impact of public expenditure on the levels of economic growth in Algeria for the period 1990 to 2019 by trying to find an equilibrium relationship between the variables studied in the long terms. To conduct this research we based ourselves on the econometric method, and used the EViews10. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive long-term complementary relationship between public spending and economic growth, estimated at 0.2841 on the one hand, and between inflation and economic growth, estimated at 0.7636 on the other hand. And it became clear that there is a positive impact of final consumer spending on economic growth, estimated at 0.0020. And all this is due to the absence of an adjustment in the structure of domestic public spending.
