| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور جودة الحياة الوظيفية وأثرها على الالتزام التنظيمي للموظفين بمتوسطة عباد بو زيان – مغنية – و قد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة و المقدرة بـ 40 موظف، و تم استرجاعها كلها قابلة لإجراء الدراسة و التحليل بالبرنامج الاحصائيSPSS . حيث أشارت النتائج الى وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة احصائية لأبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الالتزام التنظيمي للموظفين داخل متوسطة عباد بوزيان – مغنية -. This study aims to know the role of the quality of functional and its impact on the organizational commitment of employees at the Abbad Bouziane - Mughnia School - and it has been relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where a collection of The data using the questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample, estimated at 40 employees, and all of them were retrieved, subject to the study and analysis using the statistical program spss. Where the results indicated that there is a significant effect of statistical significance for the dimensions of the quality of functional life on the organizational commitment of employees within the Abad Bouziane - Mughnia - school. | ar |
