| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الفساد والإنفاق الحكومي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2003 إلى 2021 عن طريق استخدام نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM. بعد فحص استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية للمتغيرات محل الدراسة تبين أنها مستقرة عند الفروق الأولى. كما بين اختبار التكامل المشترك لجوهانسن وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك طويلة الأجل بين مؤشر مدركات الفساد والإنفاق الحكومي. كما أثبتت نتائج الاختبارات أن متغير الفساد يؤثر في حجم الإنفاق الحكومي في الجزائر حيث أن زيادة مؤشر مدركات الفساد بوحدة واحدة سوف يؤدي إلى انخفاض قيمة الإنفاق الحكومي بـ 0.000104 وحدة، ليصبح العكس على المدى الطويل. This paper aims to find out the relationship between corruption and government spending in Algeria during the period from 2003 to 2021 by using the error correction model (ECM). After examining the stability of the time series for the variables under study, it was found that they are stable at the first differences. The Johansen cointegration test also showed the existence of a long-term cointegration relationship between the Corruption Perceptions Index and government spending. The results of the tests also proved that the corruption variable affects the volume of government spending in Algeria, as an increase in the Corruption Perceptions Index by one unit will lead to a decrease in the value of government spending by 0.000104 units, to become the opposite in the long run. | ar |
