| dc.description.abstract | تعد المقارنة المرجعیة أداة جیدة لتحدید نواحي القصور بالمقارنة بالآخرین للعمل على استكمال النقص وكذلك وسیلة للتأكد من الأهداف المراد تحقیقها تتناسب مع احتیاجات السوق إذ یتم وضع أهداف عامة یتم إنشاءها على أساس مستوى الأداء الأفضل المتحقق من أفضل المنافسین(قائد السوق) ومن ثم خلق طرائق جیدة یمكن استخدامها لإجراء التحسینات . واستنتج البحث أن منهج المقارنة المرجعية يمكن من الاستفادة من المعارف والمعلومات التي يتم الحصول عليها من المنظمات المرجعية، و وضعها موضع التطبيق بهدف تقليص الفارق بين المنظمة والمنظمات المرجعية التي في الصدارة، حيث أن الفشل في ذلك يؤدي إلى هدر الوقت والأموال التي تحملتها المنظمة في الحصول على تلك المعلومات. The benchmarking process consider a good tool for identifying shortcomings compared to others to work on completing the shortage as well as a way to make sure the goals to be achieved will commensurate with the needs of the market, we must put general objectives on the basis of performance level which achieved by the best competitors (market leader) and then create best methods can be used to make improvements . It concluded Find benchmarking methodology can benefit from the knowledge and information that is obtained from the reference organizations, and put them into practice in order to reduce the difference between the organization of reference and organizations in the lead, Gat that failure to do so leads to the waste of time and money incurred by the organization to get on that information. | |
